Sourdough is more than a type of bread, Sourdough is a real living organism. Our bread and bread products are naturally ferment allowing the desirable bacteria to do its work and make the bread easier to digest.
We work with local suppliers to source the freshest and most authentic ingredients, and use old-fashioned techniques to ensure the highest quality. Our goal is to make your tastebuds happy while making your gut flourish! This is our passion and love, we keep trying new recipes and sharing results on our Instagram page and at local farmers market.
99% of our products are full organic including bread, cinnamon rolls and cookies. Also all ancient grains are milled in house. Allowing for the best flavor and keeping all parts of the wheat in tact.

This is a naturally leavened Sourdough doughnut. Slightly tangy/ citrus flavors with cinnamon and sugar topping. Fried in organic Coconut oil with no coconut flavor. These are one of my favorite sourdough items with almost 48hr fermentation.

These naturally leavened bagels are made with minimal organic ingredients coming in Plain and Everything flavors. These bagels have a nice sourdough flavor and are fermented for 24hrs. They are then boiled and baked.
Constantly trying new flavors. Currently selling Strawberry Lemonade, Dark Chocolate and Maple glazed. These Italian styled sourdough doughnut are fermented for 48hrs. Leaving very little gluten left. Then fried in Organic Coconut oil with no coconut flavor. These play with sour and sweet flavors. Then topped with a glaze. Selling these at the market for $4.50. All organic ingredients and they do contain butter and eggs.
All organic ingredients. Using only Raw organic fair trade honey From zebra organics. This honey is wild from the Rainforest which gives a great strong unique honey flavor. With freshly milled Oat flour, it makes a delicious combo. From French Toast to sandwiches this loaf is one yummy bread.
All organic ingredients. This loaf is full of flavor. It’s main flavors come from cocoa, molasses, and Honey. Using all high quality ingredients, this loaf is slightly sweet from the honey and cocoa but not too sweet. It makes amazing toast with nut butters and a great sandwich.
It is one of my all time favorite breads.
This organic loaf has freshly milled rye, golden flax seeds and caraway seeds. Making for a wonderful flavor and the best sandwiches. Although this is a denser loaf because of the rye, it is a delicious loaf. Rye naturally is very low in gluten and has a lot of vitamins and minerals like most ancient grains.

Catching the Yeast that is in the air makes a Wild Yeast. This allows you to make Breads by using the fermentation which helps break down the gluten and produces amino acids that our body needs to process and break down bread in order to retain the nutrients from the wheat. Without this fermentation process we get no benefit from eating bread. This is the way they always used to make bread before quick acting yeast was created. So I am bringing the old world tradition back to my baking. The fermenting process takes anywhere from 24-36 hours, but by allowing this to take place you are making the bread almost 98% gluten-free. Though there is still some gluten left, most people with gluten intolerances can eat this naturally fermented bread.
