My name is Meghan. I am the owner of Wildly Sour. I have been making sourdough bread for 10 years. Starting before it was popular! I turned my passion into my business. Focusing on gut health and helping people enjoy food without the consequences. We specialize in freshly milled flour, each loaf has a minimum of 4 ancient grains that we mill in house. We recently were nominated top 3 in artisan food for our local community of Murrieta and Temecula! This just speaks to our passion as a bakery for this community.
Sourdough is more than a type of bread, Sourdough is a real living organism. It’s the way all bread was made. We believe in bringing ancient methods back.
The way things were made before commercial processing was a thing.
Our bread and bread products are naturally ferment for 24-48hrs, allowing the desirable bacteria to do its work and make the bread easier to digest naturally.
For this reason most gluten sensitive people can eat our products without any problems. We hope to see you at our local Murrieta farmers market soon!

This item will be off menu until after holidays. This classic marble rye has freshly milled rye flour mixed with caraway seeds, which gives it the classic rye taste. The swirl or marbling comes from the mix of organic cocoa powder with the rye dough. This gives it an amazing flavor and is a beautiful loaf inside and out. Rye and cocoa are a great pair.
This is a yummy healthy twist on my classic. Turmeric added to the dough, making for a healthy base. Lots of garlic and chives to give an amazing flavor!

This seasonal bread is not your average pumpkin bread. This bread has a subtle pumpkin flavor with it being a fluffy and bread like texture. Not a cake like bread. This makes amazing French toast or toasted with pumpkin butter or apple butter. Such a tasty bread without it being an overwhelming pumpkin flavor.
These seasonal yummy sourdough brioche cinnamon rolls are a delicious morning treat. With a slight tang and buttery texture, these leave your mouth salivating and wanting more.

Then fried in Organic Coconut oil with no coconut flavor. These play with sour and sweet flavors. Then topped with a glaze. All organic ingredients and they do contain butter and eggs.

This is made from Sourdough croissant dough filled with cinnamon, sugar and orange zest. One of my favorite morning treats. Getting the sourness from the dough and buttery flavor along cinnamon with slight citrus notes.
These are a 100% sourdough croissants. They are buttery, sour, sweet and flakey and of course ferment for a very long time making it easy to digest. Enjoy them on there own or make a delicious croissant sandwich.
These naturally leavened bagels are made with minimal organic ingredients coming in Plain and Everything flavors. These bagels have a nice sourdough flavor and are fermented for 24hrs. They are then boiled and baked.

Catching the Yeast that is in the air makes a Wild Yeast. This allows you to make Breads by using the fermentation which helps break down the gluten and produces amino acids that our body needs to process and break down bread in order to retain the nutrients from the wheat. Without this fermentation process we get no benefit from eating bread. This is the way they always used to make bread before quick acting yeast was created. So I am bringing the old world tradition back to my baking. The fermenting process takes anywhere from 24-36 hours, but by allowing this to take place you are making the bread almost 98% gluten-free. Though there is still some gluten left, most people with gluten intolerances can eat this naturally fermented bread.
